Our policy is to make sales to only those over age 18. We sell only pipe smoking tobacco,
smoking tobacco pipes and accessories. We do not offer cigarettes, chewing tobacco or cigars.
Making A Purchase
Browse our product pages, and click on the 'Add to Cart' button to put them into the shopping cart. At any time you can see what you have selected by clicking on the 'View Cart' button. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' or 'View Cart' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept Visa, Discover and American Express credit cards. On October 18, 2010 we were notified that Master Card will process tobacco purchases using a Master Card only if we pay a $1,000.00 per year fee. We have chosen not to succumb to this extortion and can no longer accept a Master Card in payment of our products.
We also accept money orders.
You may send your credit card information via phone or over the Internet. We use state of the art encryption on a 'Secure' site to protect you credit card information (see below).
Shipping And Handling
We offer shipping to the United States and its territories only by US Postal Mail or UPS. At the present time we do not ship to Canada or other foreign countries. Shipping charges are determined by the amount of the order. Go to the Shipping page.
We send your order as soon as practical. We will normally send your order to you in 1-2 business days unless there is a problem with your payment, in which case we will contact you to finalize the order.
Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. We will contact you if your order will need to be delayed for more than a few days. Of course, with any back order item, we can not make any guarantees that the item continues to be available. If any item you order has become unavailable, we will either substitute and send you a substantially similar item or seek to notify you that the particular item is no longer available and arrange a satisfactory alternative.
Our business is operated from Idaho. All orders which are to be shipped within Idaho will automatically show sales tax which is figured at 6.0%. If you are located outside of Idaho and any sales taxes are applicable to your purchase, the tax amounts will be charged to you as a condition to shipment. All other orders are sales tax free.

We take reasonable and industry-standard precautions to ensure that your personal information, including credit card data, is safe within our system. All credit card numbers are encrypted in communications when your order is placed. They are only decrypted after they reach our server computer. Cookies are used on our website. The cookies are used only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item and to track your use of our site. This enables us to check-out your orders and to track user viewing in order to better serve you and provide more helpful and beneficial services and product offerings. We do not extract any individual-specific information from your computer, unless you choose to voluntarily communicate the information to us.
For our marketing purposes, we may use your customer information, but not your credit card data, to compile statistical and cumulative and summary sales information. In every event, however, we will not release your personal information to outside third parties.
We will always accept return of any of our products that are damaged in shipping.
We will also gladly accept the return of any of our products for any other reason, so long as the returned products have not been used, altered, damaged, or changed in anyway whatsoever. In order to make a return to us, you should merely contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone us at 1-208-478-2137 with identification of the item you purchased and wish to return and the date you purchased it, and state some reason for the return. As soon as we get the item and it passes our inspection to ensure that the item has not been used, altered, damaged or changed, then, we will credit your credit card in the amount previously charged and collected for the item. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping and you bear the risk of any damage or loss prior to our receipt of the returned item.
