Return to Classic Pipes

We currently ship briar pipes only to a destination outside of the United States.
Exception - APO or FPO address.

Terms of Sale, Payment and Shipping:

Returns - A pipe may be returned for a refund of payment provided:
1. We are notified of your intention to return it and it is returned within 20 days of purchase.
2. It is returned exactly as it was sent with all boxes, pipe bags and other items included.
3. It is in the same condition as it was when shipped.

Payment -
1. Payment through our secure shopping cart using a valid credit card is accepted.
2. International and Domestic Money Orders. No Postal Money Orders.
3. Personal or company checks drawn on a US Bank only. Shipment will be delayed until the check       clears your bank.
4. Your credit card is not charged until we fill the order and determine all shipping and handling       charges.

Shipping -
1. We ship via United States Postal Service Priority Mail (Domestic and International).
2. Insurance will be added when we deem necessary.
3. Return Receipt will be added when we deem necessary.
4. Buyer will pay all postage, insurance and return receipt charges.
5. Our policy is to not add an additional handling charge, exceptions may apply.
6. We cannot guarantee delivery on international shipments, postal service in some countries is       not reliable.
7. We are not responsible for lost packages.
8. We will not falsify customs documents. Please do not ask us to mark packages as "gift", "hobby       supplies" or similar wording or to enter a reduced or no value.
9. Shipping rates are determined by package weight and destination.
10. Time in transit to non-US destinations usually ranges from five days to three weeks.
11. It is the customers's responsibility to be aware of and pay for any any taxes, import duty or       tarrif that is due on their order.

Information needed -

1. All information on the shopping cart must be completed including telephone number, eMail       address and Ship To Address if different from the Billing Address.
